A Brief Introduction


In January of this year myself and my husband started a course of personal training with John and Pamela from Pinpoint Fitness. We have followed their eating guidelines and the structured weight programmes which they devised for us as well as our 'normal' running training. We've both lost over 1 stone in weight and have seen huge improvements in our strength, fitness and general health. This has helped us achieve new PBs in each of the races we've run so far this year!

I am about to embark on a new 4 week programme with Pinpoint Fitness and I'm going to blog about my journey here...
